Oh wow, what a gorgeous dish. Beautiful composition and plating (I have that plate, BTW!). I really love the colors. My only comment would be that the bowl in the background, being so much darker than the main subject, tends to draw my attention away from those beautiful flautas. Otherwise, its just wonderfully done.
