WOW!!! Here's to this recipe and a brilliant cause. I am so touched by the hard work and kindness that went into the creation of this cookbook. I will need to purchase one asap. Your recipe for cornbread muffins with avocado looks delicious. I have never tried this, but I love cornbread and I love avocado. The healthy fat and texture of the avocado is such a unique twist. I never thought to bake with them.
If another cookbook comes up, I would love to be a part of this wonderful cause! Without food there is no life.
