		<description>My oldest recipe, from back when I was 13, was for cheese enchiladas.  That was almost 30 years ago, and I&#039;m still refining and playing with them.  I think the crepe idea is brilliant, and I love a salsa verde.  What a great entry and don&#039;t worry about the photography -- I can&#039;t count the number of meals Christey and I have eaten dry and cold because of shooting it...it&#039;s all part of the process :)</description>
