I love it when I get products delivered to my doorstep. Especially when those products are for free and I get to taste new and exciting things. Last month I received several things in the mail and here are some of them:

From Spain I received this gorgeous bread tray along with some Goya olive oil. I am putting it to some good use as you can see. The bread on the picture is Jill’s easy homemade dinner rolls that are now my favorite. And by the way, thanks a lot Jill for the great package you sent over.

Also from Spain I received these gorgeous little clementines. I always thought clementines were just like tangerines just a little smaller, but I was surprised to learn that they are a completely different variety. They are sweeter, I believe, and are great to make clementine jam. I will post next week the recipe on how I used them.
From Spain I also received a package from my dear friend Nuria. She sent me a pack of Iberian acorn ham. It was so good that it was all gone before I could take any pictures. I also want to thank my friend Jerry for the great products he sent over. I will be making some recipes that use them and posting about them soon.
It was really a good foodie Xmas for me. I hope the products keep coming this new year
¡Buen provecho!

Yep, there’s nothing nicer than the sound of the UPS truck! Looks like you received some lovely things — and speaking of Jill’s great cooking, have you tried her cornbread muffins? Amazing….Good to see you’re back to writing!

Lucky you!! Yesterday I saw 2 fantastic ideas with clementine peel (!). One for a candied powder to sprinkle over desserts and the other for a powdered sherbert – they sound strange, but I understand to be awesome…!
