i know this is late, ben, but i really like the new look. much cleaner and more professional! go you. we had so many annoying technical difficulties when we changed ours too… but it all came together w/ some hard work and a long soak in the bath. this dish really looks so delicious. this sauce could go well w/ so many diff things.

I love the new blog design Ben. Very very nice. And the Guava sauce looks delicious. I had a pork chop for dinner tonight and i just wish i had some of that sauce. I’m on the hunt for fresh guavas now.

Oh, how I miss guavas. We get them in South Africa. Although we get a whole range of imported fruits from all over the world here in the UK, I haven’t seen a guava ONCE. Such a shame. You’re recipe looks delicious.

The new look, the layout, and the photos look amazing. You really put a lot of hard work in here. Hope the tech stuff gets straight.But I like this layout more. Easier to navigate. And this dish is calling my name. I like when people do other things with chops besides fry them.
