..reminded me of the multicoloured iced lollies we used to buy as a child from the vendor with his pushcart

Ben, how cool! In El Paso we (los Mejicanos) call them Raspas. Non-Hispanics call them snow cones. I love these treats. Have you ever had a Pina Colada Raspa? They’re delicious.

cool cart! we have similar ones in India ..we call it rickshaw but this is a high tech version of rickshaw…very creative!

When I had raspados in Mexico that came with fruit in them and everything. They were so good, especially in the middle of august. I’ll have to keep an eye out for this in NYC.
