I love baking roundup #2

Posted by Ben On August - 22 - 2008 Under News

Ladies and gentlemen. Here it is. The second I Love Baking roundup! We didn’t have quite as many entries as last time (I am blaming the new forum!) but we had our good share of delicious recipes ;) Check last roundup here and vote for your favorite savory entry here and for your favorite sweet entry here. Remember that this is a bi-weekly event with prizes given to the most popular recipes every month! Read the simple rules here. And what will the prizes be this month? I am proud to announce that this first time we are being sponsored by our good friends of the National Mango Board! The prize for the savory and sweet category winners will be a box of fresh mangoes!* So tell your friends and family to head over to the forum and vote for your entry(ies).

Savory entries:

Macaroni and cheese by Reeni

Peanut butter dog treats by Nick

Sweet entries:

Mango-peach crumble with pistachios by Vindee

Berry cream cheese coffee cake by Bunny

S’mores cookie fingers

Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal Muffins

Perfect rustic pastry by saucytart (Pics on post)

Fantasy Football Draft Bars by Susan

Portuguese custard Tarts by Val

Wild berries pie by Gloria

Cranberry lemon cupcakes by Ivy

¡Buen provecho!
