I loved the video, Ben! And I adore Mexican food, but living in the Midwest it's hard to find authentic ingredients at times. When I think of real Mexican food, the first word that comes to mind is FRESH. I have hope, though, as our Mexican population in Ann Arbor has now grown tremendously, and some are starting some food-based businesses. There's a good taqueria in Ypsilanti, (which is the town over) but it really is just a taqueria, so the menu is pretty limited. Anyway, I like the new video idea. Also, thanks for inviting me to Great Cooks!
