I was just eating yogurt and granola and had an epiphany about using granola in lieu of bread crumbs. I googled it to see if it existed, and happily found this entry – yay! Thank you! I’ll be trying this recipe tomorrow.

Y te digo por quÃ©…
A mi niÃ±a, la pequeÃ±a, no le gusta el pan rallado adherido al pollo o a la carne…pero adora la granola.
Lo voy a intentar incluso con carne de vaca…jajajaj mirÃ¡ lo que te digo!!
Es una idea genial la que tuviste y muy acertada ya que por lo general siempre hay granola en una alacena!!
